welcome!
The LEC Planning Committee invites you to attend the Lutheran Educators Conference,
November 22-24.
This year we are going back to the Town and Country Resort in San Diego, CA!
The registration cost is $195 and hotel cost is $142 per night per room.
Together, we will engage in inspiring presentations that will strengthen our faith and mission,
as we come together to ride the mighty wave of joy from our Savior, Jesus!
We can't wait to see you there!
Individual Registration Form
Every participant should print this individual registration form.
Please fill out the form and submit it to your administrator.
This will streamline the registration process, making it quicker and easier for the individual responsible for registering all staff from your school for LEC!
We kindly request that one individual per school register their entire staff, either the administrator or their designated representative. Please utilize the registration site only if you are that designated person or the sole attendee from your school or church.

Throughout the conference, you’ll be inspired by keynote presentations featuring Ted Neitzke, CEO of CESA 6, and Pastor Jim Henkell, along with engaging Breakout Sessions designed to strengthen your practice, encourage reflection, and expand your professional learning.
New This Year
We are excited to introduce several new opportunities designed to help you learn, connect, and make the most of your conference experience.

Pre-Conference Meetings
Come early and jump into the conference experience on Sunday beginning at 11:30 a.m. with focused opportunities including AI Wisdom, Foundations of Lutheran Teaching (FLT), and New Teachers. These pre-conference sessions offer additional time to learn, connect, and engage before the full conference gets underway.

Interactive Workshops
On Monday afternoon, choose from a variety of hands-on Interactive Workshops designed to move beyond discussion and into application. Participants will explore practical strategies, tools, and resources they can take back and put into practice right away.

Poster Sessions
Visit the Exhibit Hall on Monday from 12:30–1:00 p.m. to explore innovative projects and practices that have made a positive impact in Lutheran schools. Connect with fellow educators, exchange ideas, ask questions, and be inspired by the work happening across our school communities.
To fully experience all the conference has to offer, we encourage you to schedule your departure for no earlier than noon on Tuesday. You won’t want to miss the final sessions, learning opportunities, and moments of connection that bring the conference to a meaningful close.
