TLC Grant Parameters
Purpose
The grant from the Fund that is awarded shall be used to further the educational mission of PSD LCMS schools. Priority will be given to special non-budgeted projects or activities that will enhance the quality and reach of the educational experience. Thoughtful and specific details on how the funds will be put to use will help with funding decisions.
Eligibility
The Grant is intended for projects within Kindergarten to 12th grade classrooms or schools. Preschool requests, whether stand alone or K-8 connected, are not eligible unless the project is specifically for a Kindergarten project within the preschool program. Additionally, building projects, capital campaigns, vehicle purchases, tuition, and travel are not eligible
Award Amounts
Awards usually range from $200 - $2,000 pending the number of applications received and funds available. Most schools do not receive funds to fully cover the costs of their chosen projects, but rather the amount of the grant should be used to offset the full cost of the project.

(January & July).
