The hotel room rate is $129++. Additionally there is a $10 resort fee and $10 parking fee added daily per room. There are only a few king rooms left at the Town & Country. You can find the rooms using this button or please call 800-772-8527 and inquire to book those rooms. The deadline is November 2nd. After November 2nd please call the 800 number.

IMPORTANT! IF PAYING BY CHECK, full payment of rooms should be received at the hotel NO LATER than November 1st. Please note that a credit card will need to be provided at check-in for incidentals.

Double Tree by Hilton
The Double Tree is a short walk or metro ride from the conference venue. Rooms at the Double Tree are $119 ++ with a $15 parking fee for the first car.

Reservations close at the Double Tree on November 10th and the Handlery on November 1st.
Any reservations after that date will be on availability only.
