• The hotel room rate is $142++. Additionally there is a $10 resort fee and $15 parking fee added daily per room. 

•  IMPORTANT!  IF PAYING BY CHECK, full payment of rooms should be received at the hotel NO LATER than November 1st. Be sure teachers/staff know that a credit card will need to be provided at check-in for incidentals.

• The hotel does have an express check-in process that will be texted out to all guests whose rooms are fully paid prior to the conference.  When you book rooms, be sure to include a cell number for each room to receive that text.​​
