Anyone else struggling to keep attention of the kids during one story? I am animated and ask questions. With 14 littles it seems like at this point in the year we should be able to hold our attention for 2-3 minutes.
I am struggling. Would love tips. We do get our wiggles out before sitting.

What are your best transition activities for young two-year-olds?
Verbal count down of how many minutes we have left, "friends we have 3 minutes left before clean up time" and just keep counting down "two minutes before we clean up friends."
