Home ouchy
Hi everyone, I am noticing a lot of children coming to school with ouchy marks from home that the parents do not inform the teachers or office of. I was just courious if any of you have a home ouchy report that the parents fill out that it was an ouchy from home and not from school? Is this a thing that any of you do? Any thoughts on this topic?

We do a morning check as they come in (the best we can) to see how they are feeling and if they have any visible injuries. If we see any, we ask and then pass the information on to the child's teacher.
