I’m looking for some insight from others who use the Conscious Discipline approach in their classrooms. In our school we sometimes have children who struggle with listening or following directions, and I want to make sure we're responding in a way that aligns with this model.

What are some effective, respectful consequences or strategies you use when a child doesn’t listen or follow expectations? How do you balance being firm with limits while still maintaining connection and emotional safety?
