Two Questions
First, the "easier one:" Bathroom doors - Open or Closed? I understand visibility, but looking for thoughts.
Second, Sexual Orientation and Gender Identify Policy. Recently, there was a thread on the LEAD list-serve with this question. I did like the shared policy and have used it for a potential policy here. I would love to hear your thoughts and ideas/policies.

We also have a "Statement of Beliefs" that parents sign--basically outlining our beliefs and asking them to sign that while they don't have to have the same beliefs, this is what is taught and they will not undermine it.
