We're excited to host LEC at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown!

 

• Room rate is $139++. Marriott Bonvoy members should note this during registration for mobile key check-in via the Bonvoy App.

• Book by November 7th; remaining rooms will be released after that. Conference rate will still be available if rooms are available.

• IMPORTANT! If paying by check, the hotel must recieve full payment by November 20th. A credit card is needed at check-in for incidentals. Mobile key check-in details will be emailed before the conference.

• Destination fees will be waived at check-in but may appear on your registration confirmation.

• Parking costs $14 per room daily. Request to attach your parking fee to your room key to avoid extra charges when exiting and re-entering the garage.

• If the hotel garage is full, you will be directed to an overflow lot, which also charges $14 if you mention you are with LEC.
