Dear Cora, The PSD Ministry Guidelines found on our website has some good examples. See Salary Guidelines | psd-lcms. One example I think is from Heidi and linked in the Appendix (Observation, 5 minute walk through.pdf - Google Drive). I always liked using the NLSA document as a guide as well. I've got it in a spreadsheet and can easily walk into a class to verify information.
