We look forward to your participation in our 2023 Lutheran Educators Conference where you’ll be able to share your product, ministry and message with the educators, administrators, pastors and other workers gathered in this venue.

Our theme for this conference is “Yesterday, Today, Forever” based on Hebrews 13:8, “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, and today, and forever".

 

We are so excited to tie In the retro vibe of the Town & Country Resort, our conference venue, Into our Biblical focus this year. Though times are changing, our God remains the same. He has provided for His people in the past, is doing so right now, and will continue to forever as He reigns.

Our 2023 Lutheran Educators Conference (LEC) will be held at the Town & Country Resort in San Diego, CA.  Our event will be held November 19-21, 2023, and will draw approximately 1,000 Lutheran educators, preschool through college levels, as well as school administrators, pastors and youth leaders. We invite you to consider being an integral part of our conference as a conference sponsor and an exhibitor.

As a sponsor, opportunities are available for you to share your name, company, and service resources with our attendees throughout the conference in addition to having an exhibit booth in our Exhibit Hall.
Those opportunities are outlined below in more detail.  

During our conference the Exhibit Hall will be open for our attendees to interact with you all day on Monday and on Tuesday morning.  Several things will be taking place in the Exhibit Hall to draw our attendees to your exhibit:

  • Servant Events/Service Projects

  • Breakfast and lunch options on Monday

  • A “must be present to win” drawing on Tuesday morning, prior to the last session

All Sponsors Receive:

  • 10’ x 10’ exhibit space (Draped space includes 6’ table, two chairs, and a wastebasket. Overhead sign available on request) Tier 1 sponsors receive two booth spaces.

  • One breakfast buffet ticket for Tuesday morning

Tier One - $10,000

  • Highlighted as an LEC Tier 1 Sponsor on dedicated LEC app page

  • Promo ad on the LEC app

  • 30 second Promotional Video shared throughout the conference and banquet for all attendees*

  • Pre-Conference recognition on the two district's websites and newsletters with link to your website and contact information

  • On-site signage as Tier One Sponsor

  • Premier location double-wide booth space *

  • 4 Tickets to Conference Banquet

  • One hotel room upgrade for primary booth sponsor.

Tier Three - $1,500

  • Highlighted as an LEC Tier 3 Sponsor on dedicated LEC app page.

  • Pre-Conference recognition on the two district's websites and newsletters with link to your website and contact information

  • Higher visibility booth space*

  • Bump slide on commercial loop*

Tier Two - $2,500

  • Highlighted as an LEC Tier 2 Sponsor on dedicated LEC app page.

  • 15 second Promotional Video shared throughout the conference and banquet for all attendees*

  • Pre-Conference recognition on the two district's websites and newsletters with link to your website and contact information

  • On-site signage as Tier Two Sponsor

  • Prime location booth space *

  • 2 Tickets to Conference Banquet

Tier Four - $750

  • Highlighted as an LEC Tier 4 Sponsor on dedicated LEC app page.

  • Higher visibility booth space*

  • Bump slide on commercial loop*

* Must register by October 1st and submit videos, graphics, bump slides, etc., by October 15th to receive this benefit

Additional Networking Opportunities!

Exhibitors have the opportunity to sponsor a morning coffee break or an afternoon snack break for conference attendees.  Coffee/snack break recognition will be given at plenary events. Food and/or beverage service will be set up in front of your exhibit space.

Registration Details

Exhibit Hall location set on first come first serve basis after all conference sponsors have been assigned locations

Registration Fee: $425* paid on or prior to August 1, 2023  
                               
Payment must be received by/on August 1, otherwise the $525 fee will be applied
                              
                               $525* after August 2 - November 1, 20

                              All exhibitor fees must be paid by/on November 1st or a $100 late fee will be assessed

 
  *all registrations have a $3 non-refundable administrative fee added

 

Please Note: Any Exhibitor Canceling on/after November 1st will receive a 50% refund.

Exhibitor canceling on/after November 15th will not receive a refund

Included with your registration fee:

  • 10 x 10 Exhibit Space 

  • 8’ high background drape with standard side drapes

  • 6’ table, 2 chairs, wastebasket  (overhead identification sign available on request)

  • Recognition and exhibitor contact information on LEC App

  • Basic Exhibit Hall Wi-Fi at no additional charge

  • One breakfast ticket for Tuesday morning's sponsored breakfast buffet

 

 

Access to shipping of materials, electricity, higher Wi-Fi speed, and additional furniture through hotel and/or tradeshow company is available for an additional charge. The Exhibitor’s Kit will have more details. Once registered, you will be emailed the kit when it becomes available. 

You also have an opportunity to purchase a bump slide for our Commercial Loop for an additional $150.  If you wish to purchase this advertising opportunity, please add that purchase when you register for your exhibit booth.

Monday Night Banquet Tickets are available for purchase for $40 each.
Tuesday Breakfast Tickets are available for purchase for $30* each.
(*Each booth space comes with one complimentary ticket)
If desired, please purchase when you register for your exhibit booth or sponsorship

Hotel Registration Information will be sent to all confirmed exhibitors and sponsors closer to the date of the conference.
